This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle such situations with honesty, fairness, and care.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of Ayurvedic skincare and beauty products, we can only accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product was missing or incomplete in your shipment.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

For a return or refund to be approved:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days after approval by our support team.

Products that are used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions

  • Gift cards or samples

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).

5. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged or defective product, we’re happy to replace it with a new one at no additional cost.
Replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit, as per your preference.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds for canceled items will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the shipping costs.

  • For any other returns (if exceptionally approved), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
